Returns policy and right of withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns without giving reason)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without giving any reason.

How to exercise this right?

You must notify us of your decision unequivocally at solersuarezaida@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires (for example, using the model form below or from "My Orders"). You must send back the items within 14 calendar days of that communication. The customer will bear the direct return shipping costs, unless the product is non-compliant or defective. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and condition.

Exceptions:

All products sold on this website (books, original artwork, illustrations, art prints, stickers, stationery, and merchandise) can be returned within the 14 calendar days stated above, except products marked as personalizable: since these are made to the specifications you provide (name, dedication, colors, etc.), they are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted by law for goods made to consumer specifications. In-person workshops: booking a place on a workshop held on a specific date is a leisure service with no right of withdrawal (art. 103.l of the Spanish Consumer Law); cancellations follow each workshop's conditions and the Terms and Conditions.

Specific notices for original artwork and paintings:

• As these are unique, one-of-a-kind, and large format pieces, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Estimated return cost: between €15 and €30 depending on dimensions and carrier.
• The artwork must be adequately packaged for its return (rigid packaging protecting corners and surfaces, equal or equivalent to that received), to avoid damage during return transport.
• If the artwork shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its condition (such as marks, scuffs, moisture, or damage), an amount for diminished value may be deducted from the refund.

Refund:

Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw (we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or proof of shipment), we will refund all payments received from you, including initial standard delivery costs, using the same payment method.

2. Returns for Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect product or one with a lack of conformity, Aida Soler Suárez will cover all expenses (collection and replacement delivery). You are entitled to a 3-year legal conformity guarantee under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Please contact us at solersuarezaida@gmail.com attaching photos of the issue as soon as possible.
